The project included architectural design for the addition of a second story to an existing Spanish Revival–style, along with a comprehensive reconfiguration of the ground floor layout to accommodate contemporary living needs.

In response to the client’s need for additional living space, the design approach prioritized preservation and continuity, favoring the thoughtful expansion of the historic structure over demolition and new construction.
